Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at cuteandcrypticcreations@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
2. We'll provide you with return instructions. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Email us at cuteandcrypticcreations@gmail.com to arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, at no extra cost to you.
